Worrying about exams?

ST DAMIANS 3D HIGH RES LOGO.png

Most people worry about taking exams. Worrying can make us feel stressed and anxious. Whatever your worry, it’s better out than in!  Before, during or after exams, if you feel that you can’t cope with the pressure or are feeling stressed, find someone to talk to. Don’t bottle it up. Try to talk to an adult in school, your teacher, form tutor, your parents or a friend.
