​I began my journey at St Damian’s as a Second in RE, progressed to Head of RE, and now proudly serve as part of the Senior Leadership Team. St Damian’s is a truly special place where we put the child first in everything we do. I lead on safeguarding as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), ensuring that every student feels safe, supported, and nurtured. Through strong pastoral care and a commitment to high standards, we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for all our pupils. Continuous professional development for staff remains a priority, empowering our team to deliver exceptional education and care.
