I have taught in secondary schools across Greater Manchester for almost 30 years. I still remember the very first lesson I taught as a trainee at a school in Salford. By the end of that lesson, I was hooked. I knew that a career in education would play a major role in God’s plan for me. I have been a senior leader in Catholic education for 11 years and I now have the privilege of leading this exceptional school. With its delightful pupils and caring, compassionate staff, I feel blessed to be the Headteacher of St Damian’s.
