It gives pupils the opportunity to watch a range of different films which they may not have seen before, a space to socialise with friends and often make new friends. There is often lots of interesting discussion about the characters and storylines. The pupils vote for which film they would like to watch, and often the films inspire pupils to read books which they are adaptations of, if they haven’t already read them.
